APPLICATION FAQS

CAN I COME TO THE OFFICE FOR AN APPLICATION?

No, we do not provide paper applications. Applications must be completed on TurboTenant.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO QUALIFY?

HOW MUCH DOES IT TYPICALLY COST TO MOVE-IN?

Typically we require payment of first month's rent plus security deposit which is the same as first month's rent. However, in some cases, we may require first month's rent, security deposit, plus last month's rent. We may request an additional month depending on the applicant and qualifications.

IS THERE AN APPLICATION FEE?

Yes, the application fee is $45.00 to cover the cost of the credit/background check. The fee is paid online using a credit/debit card when completing the application on TurboTenant.

CAN I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO VIEW THE PROPERTY?

Before viewing the property, you must submit an application. Once we have reviewed and pre-approved your application, you will be contacted to set-up an appointment to view the property.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET DECISION ON MY APPLICATION?

You should receive a response within 2 to 3 business days. The process could take longer if references do not respond in a timely manner.

DO YOU ACCEPT SECTION 8?

No, we do not accept Section 8 at this time.
